Book a call

Two ways to start. Pick the one that matches where you are.

Both are two calls, and both end with a written proposal of what we would build for you and what it costs. The paid one also hands you 3 to 7 tools you can start running yourself. There is no wrong choice here — and no pressure to take the paid one.

Discovery Call

2 calls · 15-min discovery, then a follow-up

Free No cost, no obligation

A short, straight conversation about where your business is losing time. We come back with a written proposal of what we would build for you and what it costs.

Best for: Anyone who is curious but not yet sure what to ask for.

The two calls

  1. Discovery call 15 minutes We ask questions, you talk, we listen. No pitching, no jargon — just finding where the friction actually is.
  2. Follow-up call Short We come back with an honest read on whether AI is the right tool for what you described, and what we would suggest doing next — whether or not that involves us.

What you get

  • A look at where your team is losing time
  • A written proposal of the services we would recommend, with prices
  • A plain-English answer on whether AI is the right fix at all
  • A recommended next step, whether or not it involves us

What it is not

  • 3–7 off-the-shelf AI tools you can run yourself
  • Your opportunities ranked by impact vs. effort
  • An estimate of the hours and dollars you would get back
  • A 4-day quick-start plan

A quick way to choose

Start with the free call if…

  • You are on your own, or the business is still getting going
  • You want work done for you and just need a price
  • You have heard AI could help but cannot name the specific job
  • You want to know whether we are credible before spending anything
  • You are comparing several people right now

Go straight to the assessment if…

  • You have staff, and enough volume that the hours add up
  • You want tools you can start using yourself this week
  • You want your time drains measured, not just discussed
  • You have bought AI tools before and they did not stick
  • You would rather act than spend another quarter researching
How it works

Two calls, with the real work in between

You do not get the plan on the first call. That is the point — we research it properly before we hand you anything.

  1. Audit call

We ask questions, you talk, we listen. No pitching, no jargon — just finding where the friction actually is.

  2. Your custom plan

We go away and research it. Hand-picking the specific tools that solve your problems — not generic software, not enterprise overkill. This is why the plan does not arrive on the first call.

  3. Walkthrough and quick start

On a second call we review the plan together and give you a simple day-by-day path to your first win in under a week.

What we are listening for

Everything that ends up in the plan has to move at least one of these. It is also how the guarantee is measured.

  • Save time The repetitive work nobody chose to do.
  • Generate revenue The work that is quietly costing you customers.
  • Improve quality The things that make customers trust you more.
The deliverable

What is actually in the report

The assessment is not a call that ends and evaporates. You get a document built around your business, and we walk you through it.

  1. Your biggest time drains, named

The specific work eating your team's week, written down. Most owners have never seen this on paper before, and it is often the page they keep coming back to.

  2. 3 to 7 tools, hand-picked for you

Not a generic software list and not enterprise overkill. Specific products researched against your specific problems, all of them off the shelf and available today. Each one comes with four things written next to it: the pain point it fixes, what it costs a month, how long it takes to set up, and how much time it gives back. That is the part you get on the assessment and not on the free call.

  3. A costed proposal for anything worth building

Some problems do not have an off-the-shelf answer. Where a tool will not cut it — a site that needs rebuilding, a chatbot, a voice agent on your phone, a process that has to be fixed before it can be automated — the proposal names what we would build, what it costs, and what it would give back. Both routes include this part, and it is the half of the plan you are free to ignore entirely.

  4. Sorted into quick wins and bigger projects

Everything is placed on two axes — how much it moves the needle, and how hard it is to do. High impact and low effort are your quick wins, and they are what the plan starts with. High impact but high effort goes in a separate list, because those are real opportunities that a tool alone will not fix.

  5. The hours and dollars you get back

Worked out rather than asserted: the hours returned each week, against what an hour of your time is worth, minus what the tools cost you a month. You get a net monthly figure, and it is the same number the guarantee is measured against.

  6. A 4-day quick-start plan

Day by day, and each day is designed to take about ten minutes. That is deliberate: a good report that leaves you staring at seven tools wondering where to start is a report that never gets used. The point is a first win inside a week, not a roadmap for next year.

Questions about booking

Do I get the plan on the first call?

No, and that is deliberate. The first call is 45 minutes of us asking questions and listening — no pitching and no jargon, just finding where the friction actually is. Then we go away and research it properly: which specific tools fit your specific problems, what they cost, what order to tackle them in. We hand the plan over on a second call and walk you through it. Anyone who hands you a tool list inside the first conversation is reading from a script rather than looking at your business.

How many calls are there in total?

Two, on either option. The free route is a 15-minute discovery call followed by a short follow-up where we tell you what we think. The paid route is a 45-minute audit call followed by a walkthrough call where you receive the report and the 4-day quick-start plan.

Why would I pay $999 when the discovery call is free?

Both routes end with a written proposal of what we would build for you and what it costs — the free call is a real deliverable, not a sales screen. What the $999 assessment adds is everything you can act on without hiring anyone: 3 to 7 off-the-shelf AI tools hand-picked for your business, your opportunities ranked by impact against effort, an estimate of the hours and dollars you get back each month, and a 4-day plan for starting. If you want work done for you, the free call is enough. If you also want to start improving things yourself next week, that is the assessment.

Is the assessment just a way to sell me a bigger project?

It is a real deliverable that stands on its own, and the structure is built so you can tell. The 3 to 7 tools are off the shelf and yours to run without us — that is the point of prescribing tools rather than builds. The guarantee is measured on what we find, not on whether you hire us. And the proposal exists because some problems genuinely have no off-the-shelf answer, so it would be dishonest to pretend otherwise and leave you stuck. Plenty of clients take the quick wins, do them themselves, and we never hear from them again. That is a completely fine outcome and it is priced accordingly.

What happens after the assessment?

Entirely up to you. Most people start with the 4-day quick-start plan, because it is designed to be done without help. If the proposal names something worth building — and it usually does, because the bigger opportunities are exactly the ones a tool cannot fix — you have the scope and the price in writing and can decide in your own time. There is no expiry on it and no follow-up sequence.

Is my business too small for the $999 assessment?

Possibly, and we would rather tell you than take the money. The assessment is built to find at least 5 hours a week worth reclaiming, and in a one-person business that is genuinely harder — there is simply less repetitive volume to work with. If you are a solo operator or still getting going, start with the free call. You still get a written proposal with prices out of it, and if it turns out there is more there than we expected, the assessment is not going anywhere.

What is the guarantee, exactly?

If we cannot find at least 5 hours a week across your business that you could reclaim, you get 100% of your money back. Worst case, you lose 45 minutes. Best case, you get your week back. We carry that risk rather than asking you to, because we would rather turn down a fee than talk someone into an assessment that will not find anything.

Is the guarantee about what you find, or what I actually save?

What we find. It is measured against the report we hand you at the walkthrough — if that report cannot point to 5 hours a week worth reclaiming, you get your money back. What happens afterwards is in your hands: if the plan names the hours and you decide not to act on any of it, we have done what you paid for. We are happy to be judged on the quality of the findings, but we cannot be judged on whether the tools get switched on unless you hire us to switch them on.

Do I need a developer or an IT person for any of this?

Not on your side. The 3 to 7 tools in the assessment are all off the shelf — things you can sign up for and start using immediately with no setup team. Anything that does need building properly, like a website, a chatbot or a voice agent, we build and hand over; you never need to hire a developer to work with us. The proposal tells you which category each recommendation falls into, so you always know whether it is a job for you or a job for us.

Why 3 to 7 tools, rather than one big recommendation?

Because time drains in a small business are rarely one problem. They are usually four or five separate frictions, each with a different fix. Recommending a single platform to solve all of them is how businesses end up paying enterprise prices for software they use ten percent of. A short, specific list is easier to act on and cheaper to run.

What happens on the free 15-minute discovery call?

We ask what your business does, where the manual work piles up, and what you have already tried. Then we go away and come back on a short follow-up with a written proposal: which of our services would actually fix what you described, and what each one costs. Sometimes the honest answer is that a better spreadsheet template or a cheaper subscription solves your problem, and we will say so rather than sell you something.

Do I need to know anything about AI before booking?

No. Most of our clients could not tell you the difference between a chatbot and an agent, and they do not need to. Bring an understanding of your own business and where it hurts. The technical translation is our job.

How should I prepare for the audit call?

Very little preparation is needed — the call is structured and we drive it. What helps most is having someone on the call who actually does the day-to-day work, not only the owner. They know where the friction really is, and they are the ones who will notice it disappear.

How do I actually receive the report?

We email it to you a little before the walkthrough call, so you get time with it on your own rather than reading it live while someone talks. Then we get on a call and go through it properly — the reasoning behind each recommendation, and the questions that only surface once you are looking at the real thing. A report that only arrives by email is easy to skim and easy to shelve; the 4-day quick-start plan is far more likely to actually get started if someone has walked you through day one.

Are the calls remote or in person?

Every call is over video — Google Meet, and the link comes with your booking confirmation, so there is nothing to install or set up. That applies to businesses down the road from us as well. That is a deliberate choice rather than a limitation: on a video call you can share your screen and show us the actual system that is wasting your time, which beats describing it across a table. It also means no travel at either end, and easier rescheduling when your week goes sideways. We work with businesses anywhere in the United States on exactly the same basis.

What if I am not ready to spend money on AI at all yet?

Book the free call anyway. Part of what we do on it is tell people when the timing is wrong — when the underlying process is too broken to automate, or when the volume is too low to justify the effort. Knowing that early saves you far more than it costs.

Fifteen minutes is a low bar to clear

If nothing else, you will leave knowing whether this is worth thinking about again. Most calls end with a clear yes or a clear no.
